Day Eighty-Seven: Damaging Opportunities

Have you ever had an opportunity that you needed at the moment, but it very soon turns to something that you would really rather not have? You still need it, but you no longer want it. That has been the case in our lives since November or December of last year. We needed the financial boost this opportunity offered, but we did not need the personal turmoil that came along with it.

What do you do when faced with such situations?

87. I am thankful that this opportunity is over and other, hopefully better, ones are in our immediate future. I am thankful for a Heavenly Father that provides both the opportunities and the strength to endure the collateral damage that comes with them. I am thankful for freedom.
